If you are coming to the home blessing there may be a chance that you can get on the bus if an RSVP'd guest cannot make it. If you would like to be on the tour's waiting list, please contact Karen Cooper at 667-221-5426 or karen@wicomicohabitat.org.
Join us on a driving to tour the Habitat homes of the Church Street neighborhood. Immediately following our 10:00 a.m. home blessings on Grace Street, we will take you on a tour of the homes we have built and rehabbed, stopping ocassionally to hear the story of Habitat Homeownership directly from a partner family member. Hear the impact that safe, affordable homeownership has on families, and see the quality homes we have added to this neighborhood to help revitalize and build community spirit. Seating is limited, so please RSVP as soon as you can so we can plan this fun and impactful journey through Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County history. Reservations will be first-come, first-served.
Please note that while we were highly anticipating this tour being on the Salisbury Trolley, that vehicle is currently out of operation and we regrettably must change plans. The tour will take place on an alternative, air conditioned vehicle.
Immediately preceding the tour at 10:00 a.m., we will bless the homes of our two newest partner families, the Loflands and Paytons. Please join us for the blessing, as well, if you are able.
