Help Build Homes, Communities, and Hope with Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County

Our current build project is an ambitious one - to build and sell our 72nd Habitat Home by June 30, 2022. We are building for Rhoda Nakey, a working single mom of three who is going to school to earn her nursing degree. All contributions will go directly toward purchasing building material to build this home for Rhoda and her daughters.
Nationally, more than 60% of Habitat for Humanity's projects are homes to female head of households. These women, because of the skills they learn while building their Habitat home, are more equipped to maintain their homes and are more confident in their abilities to deal with daily situations that arise.
Donors are also invited to join our Women Home Build project and help even more by working on the construction of Rhoda's home. Women Build does not exclude
gender. All are welcome and invited to join as volunteer groups and help build a brighter future for the Nakey family.
